What You'll Do
As a bartender at Renucci’s, you’ll be at the heart of our hospitality—serving up quality drinks, creating memorable experiences, and making sure every guest feels welcome. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing friendly, attentive, and timely service
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Monitoring and restocking inventory as needed
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Handling cash and credit transactions using our POS system
- Upselling specials and introducing new menu items
- Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably 2 years of bartending experience
- TIPS Certification
- Solid knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology basics
- Strong math skills for pouring and billing
- Confident with upselling and drink recommendations
- Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay cool and organized in a fast-paced environment
