DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the scheduling of the portfolio of projects in the Hydro East, Lake Access and Centerline organization which includes up to 70 projects in different stages of the project lifecycle. Each project schedule is made up of activities including engineering design and deliverables, licensing, procurement and installation as well as integrating vendor schedules into project schedules. This position works closely with project managers and vendors to ensure dependencies are identified and requirements are known in order to start and complete projects and activities on schedule. Weekly meetings are held with each project manager to status and update schedule. Coordination of activities between multiple groups is required. This position also monitors all projects and activities to ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met and provides management with reports on schedule status. This requires proficiency in use of Primavera P6.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor"s degree and 5 plus years of direct scheduling experience.
* Proficiency in project related Scheduling.
* Proficiency and hand on experience in the navigation and use of Oracle"s Primavera scheduling tool
* Proficiency in working knowledge of Engineering Change Process.
* Ability to work independently.
* Effectively communicate with appropriate management team.
* Prepare, communicate and report monthly project status updates to management.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
PREFFERED REQUIREMENTS:
* Working Knowledge to Proficiency in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving
* Hydro or Power Plant Experience
* Experience Working with Regulated Utility Company
* Experience Working in a Project Controls Environment
