From the moment a patient first calls the office or walks through the door, the Patient Concierge is the first face or voice our patients will experience; the Patient Concierge’s role is always establishing and maintaining a “first-impressions” environment in the practice.

The Patient Concierge performs a wide range of duties to ensure the Medical Practice runs smoothly and efficiently by providing assistance to its medical practitioners, patients, teammates and visitors. Overall, such duties include scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, maintaining accounts and records, preparation of exam rooms, sterilizing medical equipment, and other tasks as needed.
