What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant position at Renuven Health Partners?
Local SNFist group is hiring a full-time NP or PA to provide care in the Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) setting in three locations: Chattanooga, TN; Rossville, GA; and Fort Oglethorpe, GA .
This position manages typical medical problems to assist patients in transitioning from the hospital to home.
Call is provided by a national telehealth group with the NP/PA available for back-up and oversight of any transfers to the hospital.
Experience in Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) is preferred, but other experience is welcome.
Must have an active Georgia state license to apply. A Tennessee state license is also required and will be reimbursed if needed upon hiring.
