Charge LPN Wage Range: $27.75 - $30.66 per hour and depends on previous experience and new hires could be eligible for a 3000.00 Sign-On bonus!

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
- Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
