As the Director of Human Resources, you will be at the helm of our HR operations at the local level, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. We are seeking a professional who can shape our organizational culture, support our employees, and help create a workplace of choice.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $53,000 - $73,600 per year, based on experience.
- 72 hours (.9 FTE) per pay period
Renville Health Services Benefits:
- 100% employee Health insurance premium paid by Employer
- Employer contribution of $150.00/month ($1,800.00/year) into your Health Savings Account (This is a benefit that rolls over each year).
- Employee Life Insurance: $20,000.00 coverage for full-time employees - insurance premium paid 100% by Employer.
- 5% employer-sponsored 401(a) retirement plan.

What We Are Looking For:
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience:
- Three to five years’ previous experience in a human resource related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems required.
- Knowledge of and experience with related employment law (i.e. COBRA/MN Continuation, FMLA, ADA) required.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
Location:
- Work Location: On-site at Renville Health Services, Renville, MN.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel is required.
