Salary: $36/hour Quarterly bonus ($75,000 )

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities -
- Acts as first point of contact for all patients, vendors and visitors, setting the tone for warm, professional and welcoming service
- Responsible for daily office operations, supervising office staff members, and developing a patient-focused culture among staff by leading by example
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dental front desk area, coordinate vendors and suppliers, and order office and treatment supplies
- Implement and optimize scheduling and patient check-in/check-out process
- Responsible for generating quotes, determining billing codes, overseeing insurance and billing, and guiding patients through their treatment fees
- Process payment including cash and credit card transactions and/or file insurance claims
- Update dental charts and patient electronic records with x-rays, treatment plans, and financial/ insurance information
- Lead administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and patient file creation as needed
- Maintain daily financial reports to monitor production, collection, etc.
- Assist with marketing, community outreach, and patient engagement efforts to help build our patient base
- Work closely with the dental team to develop best practices, enhance workflows, and implement new systems as we grow

Education and Experience -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management and at least five years in a Medical or Dental Office Manager role
- Or Seven years in a Medical or Dental Office Manager position
