Job Title : B2B Marketing Manager

Reports To : Director of Ecommerce

FLSA Status : Exempt

Compensation Range : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually

  • ABOUT THE ROLE :

    The B2B Marketing Manager will work closely with the Ecommerce Director and cross-functional teams to take ownership of our B2B ecommerce platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with our commercial customers. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our B2B ecommerce operations, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement in alignment with business goals.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Platform Management - Oversee the daily operations of the B2B ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, accurate product listings, and a user-friendly interface.
  • Customer Experience - Collaborate with UX / UI teams to deliver an intuitive and engaging experience tailored to our B2B customers.
  • Sales Growth - Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B sales, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Data Analysis - Continuously monitor performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Content Management - Work with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and other content meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration - Partner with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Order Management - Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, including troubleshooting issues related to pricing, availability, or system errors.
  • Technical Coordination - Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to implement system updates, resolve technical issues, and enhance platform capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing a B2B ecommerce platform, including familiarity with key functionalities and tools.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer behaviors.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address potential challenges before they become issues.
  • EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 3 Years of experience as an e-commerce expert with a focus on B2B ecommerce.
  • 1-3 years of experience with B2B Ecommerce Platforms.
  • Additional email and paid marketing experience strongly preferred.
