FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation Base Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

This role is based in Moreno Valley, California, in our newest warehouse location, conveniently located in a prime location. ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing inventory team to ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible in accordance with the organization's inventory cycle. This individual will work closely with the warehouse ensuring inventory accuracy, as well as the Purchasing Department as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc. This role will be responsible for inputting data and running reports in NetSuite with moderate supervision.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.
  • Perform scheduled cycle counts
  • Maintains stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
  • Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
  • Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of warehouse.
  • Operates stand-up and reach forklift as needed.
  • Document shipment arrival and departure as well as verification of container and seal number.
  • Match shipment to purchase order and enter materials into the warehouse management system.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, word, and Teams) - preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite - preferred


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years related experience
