Compensation Base Range : $115, 000 to $130,000 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Senior Engineer acts as a team lead, an individual contributor and a consultant to the engineering team, ensuring that the product development process is followed in its entirety. There is a gradual move away from CAD work and a shift toward mentorship responsibilities, including conducting deep dives into technical issues and fostering independence and creativity in the engineering team.
