Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales goals and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Implement training strategies to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrative staff, and clinical teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent to drive district performance.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage district budgets, ensuring cost-effective sales operations.

Must Have:
- 5 years of medical sales experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree).
- 3 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Experience in implantable medical devices or therapy development sales.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial data analysis and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to build and sustain a high-performance sales culture.
- Experience with managed care and reimbursement landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and market development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
