REP Outdoor Group LLC, a leading outdoor lifestyle company, is excited to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Representative. This role offers a unique blend of structure and autonomy, perfect for individuals eager to shape their financial success. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with established independent businesses within our current customer base and follow up on leads from trade shows and provided lists. This role involves selling new products, introducing new merchandising displays, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity
- Initiate compelling sales presentations for new products and categories within an assigned group of accounts
- Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently
- Process customer orders accurately and timely
- Handle customer returns in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department to resolve credit issues
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in retail and/or home décor or gift items environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and dedicated with a passion for success
- Strong work ethic and customer-oriented mindset to build long-term relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to successfully complete a background and drug test
PAY: $33,000 – $35,000 guaranteed annual salary plus 6% commission on gross margin sales
