ORDER PROCESSOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an Order Processor/Customer Service Representative.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent our organization in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers via phone or email
• Resolve any customer service related issues
• Process customer orders
• Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills by email or phone
• Be an effective communicator and customer service focused
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Dedicated and self-motivated with a passion to be successful
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Customer oriented to achieve long-term relationships
• Proficient with computers specifically with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug test
