Rivers Edge Products is a leading brand in the outdoor gift market, specializing in fishing, hunting, western, and licensed gift products. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead our sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting goals, producing monthly sales reports, completing monthly forecasting, and tracking sales to ensure the success of our sales department.
SALES MANAGER
The sales manager will report to the CEO of the company. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strategies to expand our customer base, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will coach and mentor the sales team to achieve their targets and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required for this position
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Experience in home décor and gifts sales is preferred
• Established industry contacts and experience in dealing with buyers is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
