Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and confident Remote Sales Intern to join our team at Repair Max Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with inbound leads, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in remote sales while contributing to the growth of a fast-paced marketing agency actively serving over 150 clients in the electronics repair industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Qualify and engage inbound leads, identifying their specific needs.
• Schedule appointments for consultations with potential clients.
• Manage and update CRM systems (Go High Level, Salesforce) with accurate lead details and status updates.
• Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
• Develop a strong understanding of our services and how to effectively sell them.
• Take detailed notes during calls and update contact/opportunity fields in the CRM.
• Build relationships with leads and communicate confidently about our solutions.
Requirements
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (remote sales experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and sales-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems or a willingness to learn (training provided).
• Knowledge of the electronics repair industry is a plus.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week with some flexibility in schedule.
