Overview
Summary/objective
The Product Support Specialist is responsible for processing customer submissions and ensuring internal data remains accurate, up-to-date, and of the highest quality.

- Review and process customer submissions related to the collision repair process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Validate and maintain high-quality data in systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with automotive industry standards
- Regularly update databases and systems with the latest automotive-related information, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies
- Leverage your automotive knowledge to identify trends, enhance processes, and ensure data relevance in the automotive context
- Create and maintain internal guidelines, workflows, and documentation to support data processing activities, incorporating industry-specific terminology where necessary
- Generate detailed reports on data quality, submission trends, and processing performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risks
- Work with internal teams, such as operations or product development, to support automotive-specific initiatives and goals

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, and vehicle specifications
- Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, maintain accuracy, and uphold data integrity
- Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-related challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in data entry, processing, or quality assurance roles
- Background in or knowledge of the automotive industry is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with automotive systems, databases, or related tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Photoshop

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
