Position Overview :

Are you an Illinois-licensed therapist looking for a fulfilling and flexible career? Join Reparo Health as a full-time Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) and provide virtual therapy services that promote emotional well-being and resilience for individuals and families—all from the convenience of your home.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as necessary.
Document client interactions accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Ensure confidentiality and comply with all professional and legal standards for client care.
Engage in continuing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Qualifications :

MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN ILLINOIS (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC, PsyD, or Ph.D. or equivalent).

Education : Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.

Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

Experience working with diverse populations and utilizing various therapeutic modalities is a plus.
