Position Overview
Are you an Illinois-licensed therapist looking for a fulfilling and flexible career? Join Reparo Health as a full-time Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) and provide virtual therapy services that promote emotional well-being and resilience for individuals and families—all from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as necessary.
- Document client interactions accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ensure confidentiality and comply with all professional and legal standards for client care.
- Engage in continuing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN ILLINOIS (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC, PsyD, or Ph.D. or equivalent).
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Experience working with diverse populations and utilizing various therapeutic modalities is a plus.
