The Customer Care Representative will manage and answer customer phone calls and emails, with a focus on entering service calls and submitting sales orders. They will be expected to assist the customer and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner while showing empathy and understanding. The Customer Care Representative will also act as a back-up for side tasks or duties that the administrative team may need help with.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Take supply orders from customers.
- Prepare supply quotes for customers.
- Take service calls from customers.
- Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.
- Trouble shoot with customer over the phone on service call issues
- Assist Administration Team with side tasks/duties
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in using Computers for Data Entry and Management
- Familiarity with Phone Systems
