We are seeking a
Senior Product Designer
specializing in
mobile applications
to join our Product team. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive and engaging mobile experiences that delight our users and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces that align with our business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesUser-Centered Design : Lead the design of mobile app interfaces, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience that meets both user needs and business goals.Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.Prototyping & Testing : Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.Design Systems : Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and UI component library to ensure consistency across all mobile platforms.Innovation : Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our mobile app design and user experience.QualificationsExperience : 5 years of Product / UX / UI design experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications; experience in eCommerce and marketplace environments is a plus.Portfolio : A compelling portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects for mobile apps, demonstrating problem-solving skills and design thinking.Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with prototyping tools and methodologies.Research Skills : Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs.What We OfferCompetitive salaryEmployee Stock Option PlanMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401kPTO12 weeks maternity and 4 weeks paternity leave (because we know that being a parent is the most important job you'll ever have)Annual performance reviews and professional development opportunitiesHybrid work model

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $180,000. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
