Job Advert: Entry Level Recruiter/Business Development
Location: Downtown Tampa (On-Site, 8-5pm- 1 hour lunch)
Salary: Competitive base salary uncapped commission (OTE: $60,000 in Year 1, $80,000 in Year 2)

What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll use your existing business development skills to thrive in a role that combines client acquisition, relationship management, and talent sourcing. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilize our internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates.
- Screen candidates over the phone for existing and upcoming roles.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Create customized solutions for clients based on their specific needs and budget.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- We prefer 1-2 years of business development, door to door sales, or account management experience.
- Strong negotiation skills & networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have an interest in Sales and Recruitment.
- Must be financially motivated and a go getter
