Job Title: Program Controls Analyst II

Job Summary: The Program Controls Analyst II is responsible with ensuring that all program efforts are executed in a manner consistent with the various contract types, and terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of negotiation of each contract, primarily USG contracts. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting within our defense company environment. Highly detail oriented, compliance and customer focused, along with the ability to interpret and verify accuracy of data, and to work collaboratively across functional areas are essential skills for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Measure and monitor program performance, including the impact of program decision making on past and future performance.
• Ensure actions taken to execute contract are in alignment with the business model that supports contract specific terms and conditions.
• Responsible for coordinating and tracking funding status of contract line items.
• Manage project level Estimates at Complete (EACs), inclusive of labor and material estimates, as well as subcontractor/vendor commitments.
• Review and oversee ERP user access & internal controls.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Preparation and presentation of cost reports to support both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience.
• Defense industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong to Expert level of performance with MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Accounting or MBA.

Other Requirements:

• Travel: <20% with possible visits to manufacturing sites or team meeting locations.
• Work Environment: Office work environment.
• Background Investigation/Drug Screen/Credit Check/ US Person: Required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
