The Warehouse Quad Supervisor oversees the success and efficiency of the warehouse in the designated area/zones. This includes supervising and leading a team of order fillers and stockers. He or she receives, and reviews customer orders and utilizes the order filling process to pick products from designated locations based on order requirements. They will ensure accurate product selection, including part numbers, sizes, and quantities. The Quad Supervisor receives merchandise staged by the receiving dock into warehouse inventory, organizes the inventory, and optimizes storage space. Stockers monitor shelf management, affix labels, and ensure accuracy of product information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Lead a team of order fillers.
  • Train new and current employees on new or updated processes.
  • Receive and review customer orders.
  • Utilize the order processing system to manage orders.
  • Pick products from designated locations based on order requirements.
  • Ensure accurate product selection, including part numbers, sizes, and quantities.
  • Assemble and organize selected items in designated order fulfillment area.
  • Verify that all items in the order are present and in good condition.
  • Prepare orders for shipping by packing items securely and efficiently in containers and on pallets.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation on packed orders for shipping is visible.
  • Determine the priority of orders.
  • Push and pull pallets of merchandise using pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Clean and organize assigned work areas.
  • Lead a team of stockers.
  • Train new and current employees on new or updated processes.
  • Adhere to and follow safety procedures i.e., safe lifting.
  • Organize and arrange products on shelves.
  • Monitor shelf management and report known issues to the warehouse manager.
  • Rotate stock where necessary.
  • Affix labels to product when necessary.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and report issues to a manager.
  • Replenish shelves promptly to maintain accurate counts.
  • Inspect product or damage or defects.
  • Communicate any discrepancies in received product.
  • Clean and organize assigned work area.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job supervises a team of 8-14 warehouse employees.

Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Basic knowledge and ability to use a computer.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees are required to wear safety appropriate clothing in the warehouse, including close-toed shoes. Employees are not permitted to use earbuds or any other devices which interfere with their ability to hear.
