Job Details
Department: Order Processing Ch/Cr
Reports To: Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations Ch/Cr
Classification: Non-exempt
Pay grade: N02 - $17.00 - $23.00
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Purpose of the Job
Under minimal supervision, processes packed orders, sorts and loads carrier truck with appropriate shipped boxes, and maintains the productivity, consistency, quality and safety awareness of the shipping dock. Must be aware of and follow all safety procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Processes packed orders for shipment through approved carriers, using a computerized shipping system.
- Generates appropriate reports using the computerized manifesting program.
- Sorts shipped orders to the appropriate area or trailer according to established guidelines.
- Loads carriers’ trucks, using a pallet jack if required.
- Completes customs paperwork for international shipments.
- Handles errors messages from the manifesting program according to established procedures and communicates problem to an Order Processing supervisor or the Help Desk.
- Maintains cleanliness of dock area, keeping area free of safety hazards.
- Keeps individual daily production stats and maintains communication with Order Processing Leadership Team about work issues.

- Must demonstrate product knowledge as required by level of position.
- Must be able to operate specialized inventory computer systems (including Optical Pattern Identifier) to level required by position.
- Must be able to independently structure and organize regular working activities.
- Must be able to follow detailed procedures and recognize detailed differences in product.
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must be able to work in a pressured, high-volume work environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be familiar with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have organized work habits and be willing to maintain orderly and clean work area.
- Must follow all safety regulations.
- Standing, walking, bending, and stooping required – often for long periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull and climb ladders safely.
- Must be able to occasionally push and pull product carts safely.
- Should possess a strong commitment to providing excellent service to Replacements’ internal and external customers.
Education and Other Specialized Skills
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and stack up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of using a pallet jack and loading boxed pallets onto trucks.
