How You'll Make an Impact

• Create, write, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing strategy.
• Engage with online communities by monitoring and responding to audience comments, fostering positive brand interactions.
• Represent the company’s brand on social media, maintaining an authentic and strategic online presence.
• Support public relations efforts by assisting with press releases, media outreach, and PR pitches.
• Support influencer partnerships, assisting with campaign alignment, tracking deliverables, and processing payments.
• Execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Work with creative teams to produce compelling social media content, including copy, graphics, and video.
• Optimize organic social media strategies while maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, tracking performance and refining strategies to maximize ROI.
• Analyze social media performance, tracking key metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to identify A/B testing opportunities and evaluate campaign success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new platforms and engagement strategies.
• Build and nurture key relationships, maintaining positive connections with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media marketing, public relations, or a related role.
• Proven ability to execute and optimize both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement and brand growth.
• Experience with paid social advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and PR materials.
• Strong analytical mindset—able to track key metrics, interpret data, and recommend optimizations.
• A creative yet strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
