Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
The Replay Club, a premier racquet sports and social club, is seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to enhance the member and guest experience. This role is perfect for someone with a background in concierge services, hospitality, or country club environments who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused setting.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and guests.
- Assist with reservations, event bookings, and member inquiries.
- Coordinate club services, including court reservations, dining, and spa services.
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and personalized service.
- Support the Membership and Events teams in executing club activities.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and inviting.
- Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality, or a country club setting is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of racquet sports is a plus but not required.
- Weekend and evening availability may be required based on club events.
