What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Service Provider/Customer Service/Inventory Management position at Replenex?
You are interested in being responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customer. You have a desire to learn more about Replenex products and are skilled at managing processes and policies to properly facilitate all aspects of the supply chain process in our customer’s facility. You are approachable, friendly, service-oriented, ethical, and professional resource to the customer in their environment.
Essential Functions:
- Provide timely, efficient, and courteous service and communications to customer.
- Monitor and follow through on all premium shipping requests for customer.
- Maintain appropriate inventory for the customer including reconciliation of any inventory discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other Replenex employees to ensure open, timely communication to appropriate individuals so they are aware of any customer needs or opportunities for growth.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds is a requirement.
