Job Description : As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will assist in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to our mission of promoting health and wellness through IV therapy. Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and appointments.
  • Provide detailed information about our IV therapy services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data is up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, including attendance at all events and overseeing the development and coordination of all events and marketing materials.
  • Prepare sales presentations and promotional materials for the team.
  • Preparing and structuring the agenda for sales meetings, along with compiling and presenting related reports.
  • Drafting partnership agreements and supporting the management of relationships, including ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably in health / wellness, business to business or related industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak publicly in front of an audience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
