We've chosen to maintain a small, elite team because it lets us ship faster and build better products. As our first product hire, you'll have an outsized impact on how AI engineers experience and build with AI.
You'll own the product development lifecycle from start to finish. This means wearing multiple hats : talking to customers, specifying features, and project managing your own work through to completion.
Qualities We're Looking For
- You've shipped developer tools or infrastructure products before
- You give a damn about developer experience and the ML / AI space
- You’re customer obsessed
- You're self-driven and have a track record of pushing projects through independently
- Strong technical background — you can discuss ML infrastructure concepts confidently
- You tinker with ML models and stay current with the ecosystem
You'll be working from our beautiful office in the Mission, San Francisco at least 3 days a week. We offer competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
