As a Product Manager, you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements, and functional requirements and work closely with the Engagement Manager and Technical Architect to document requirements used to inform the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews
- Provide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs, and best practices
- Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional, and technical requirements as well as project KPIs
- Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives
- Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, author content, and perform UAT
- Create processes, identify efficiencies, seamlessly manage resources and projects, and assist with estimates and budgets
