At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a client facing SAP Technical Manager to join our team. You are an individual who has technical SAP skills, a deep understanding of how SAP connects to the outside world and can leverage SAP’s offering to meet the requirements of our clients. While leading the Technical team you will also display your technical skills as an individual contributor. Ideally you will have organizational management and team leading skills, along with hands-on S/4HANA and SAP Cloud experience.
\n- In Collaboration with business, functional, and project management teams gather and formulate the technical needs of the client. Document, construct, communicate and deliver an architecture that connects to both SAP and Non-SAP tools and systems to satisfy the business and technical requirements
- Hands-on contribution as part of the team providing technical leadership and guidance to the project and business teams, while ensuring on time delivery of the technical needs of the project
- Construct technical solutions for the client needs using SAP BTP Tools and Services in conjunction with functional team members
- Provision and development of thought leadership collateral (White papers, internal and external webinars etc.) showcasing the use case and features of new technology in the SAP arena
- Lead small delivery teams both onsite and remote for the technical area
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage and develop the Technical team to align with the individual and organizations goals
- Team leadership in a similar role or as Technical team lead on multiple SAP projects including cloud centric projects
- Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and act as a trusted adviser to the client when advising on approach, direction, and risk
- Several full lifecycle projects demonstrating ability to document, construct, communicate and deliver SAP based solutions, including cloud elements
- Use case and implementation of BTP based tools and services (Business Application Studio, Work zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Document Management Service, SAP Hana Cloud, Cloud Connector etc.)
- SAP S/4, ECC, and Non-SAP system administration skills and experience
- Implementing cloud and hybrid solutions with seamless integration for SAP and non-SAP tools, secure user authentication, and efficient troubleshooting for external access and network/security issues
- Any knowledge of SAP ERP modular areas is beneficial in integrating with the broader consulting team
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure and Google) and in Cloud Systems (S/4HANA, C4, Concur)
- SAP Rise certification(s)
- SAP Cloud Architect
- SAP Netweaver
- SAP HANA DB
