Engagement Managers are responsible for driving successful delivery of projects to our clients, guiding the team, directing the product strategy, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. The Engagement Manager will be the primary contact for our clients, develop and maintain the project timeline and budget, and ensure that team members are producing deliverables that meet SOW requirements and client expectations. They will lead leading client meetings and gathering project goals and requirements as well as internal status calls for alignment between technical, UX, design, analytics, marketing, QA, and development teams.
\n- Lead project SOW creation and develop and maintain budget, project plans, timeline, and kickoff deck
- Primary contact for client and internal team communications including meetings, emails, and teams messages
- Provide strategic direction for project deliverables and client roadmap
- Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements, as well as project KPIs
- Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and training
- Responsible for upkeep of client relationship documentation (Sharepoint folders, past work, account one-pager)
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management
- Working knowledge of requirements, project timelines, user flows
- Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience working within JIRA and/or ADO
- Experience launching multiple IT platforms/software for Enterprise Accounts
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working directly within CMS systems (Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM or similar)
- Experience managing projects with varying platform and API integrations
- Experience working in an agency or consulting setting
- Experience working with 1MM projects/accounts

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $120,000 – $140,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
