Graphic Designer

Reporter & Farmer has an immediate opening for a full time graphic artist. Duties will include creating award-worthy visual designs for print advertisements, newspaper pagination and design, as well as for UV, wide format, engraving and sublimation design. Will work with sales and production team to create advertisment and product designs to customer’s specifications and satisfaction. Preferred candidate experience will include Adobe products and Mac. Must excell at proof reading and have good memory retention. Organized, deadline driven. Must work on site, not remotely. Must be a team player.

As a graphic designer for our award-winning publication, you will be instrumental in creating compelling designs that communicate our customers brand messaging and helps bring business solutions to their access.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop branding strategies and art direction.
• Manage color theory and typography to ensure high-quality visual output.
• Design layouts for various media.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
