Reporting For Doody LLC has been growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a part-time reliable, courteous, and positive Field Technician to perform pet waste removal services for our growing company in the greater Madison area. This position will allow us to grow the company even further and provide more hours.

As a Pet Waste Field Technician, you will be responsible for driving to clients' homes/businesses along a set route and cleaning/removing all dog waste from the yard or bucket containers. At times, you will interact with dogs and clients. This is a physical job where you will be walking extensively while carrying up to 50 pounds at a time.

Position Overview:
- Simple and enjoyable, but requires a high degree of independence, responsibility, customer service, communication, attention to detail, and safety.
- Drive a company vehicle equipped with all the tools and personal protective equipment to perform the job.
- Provide high-quality pet waste removal services from yards and businesses, while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure safety measures are followed to include latching and securing all gates, driving cautiously, and handling the waste with proper care.
- Accurately enter/write job-related information into company-provided software/material.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high attention to detail to develop repeat customers.
- All applicants will be required to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any convictions may be related to the job.
- All applicants will be required to sign an NDA and NCA.
- Provide belly-rubs and treats to clients' dogs on demand!
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a full commitment to safety.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
- Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Hours: Part-time with the opportunity for full-time advancement in the future; Monday - Saturday, daylight hour flexibility.
Salary: $20-$25/hour. After a 3 month training period, there will be the opportunity for performance bonuses!
Profit-Sharing: Annual profit sharing for all employees.
