IT Networking Hardware Asset Recovery Specialist - Level I
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the IT Networking Hardware Asset Recovery Specialist - Level I will test and evaluate a range of enterprise IT gear, specializing in network switches, security devices and servers. The ARS evaluates devices for functionality and cosmetic grading, as well as performs data erasure activities to exceed industry standards. Hands-On experience with Cisco, HP, HPE and Dell is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Data sanitizes enterprise networking, security, storage and server devices to meet market requirements and exceed standards
- Factory software restoration on various required operating systems
- Cosmetic evaluation and functional testing of consumer electronic devices
- Accurate logging of specifications and test results
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Direct Hands-On experience with Cisco, HP, HPE and Dell is required
- Proficiency in operating iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, devices preferred
- Experience using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Forms preferred
- Attention to detail and consistency in documentation
- Strong ability to meet daily productivity goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Can effectively perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Enjoys working with their hands and performing physical tasks with technical aspects

Salary: $18-21/Hour
