RepRally is a VC-backed, technology startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and retailers into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially, and we’re hiring key personnel across our commercial teams. While we intentionally keep a low profile, our nimble team consists of elite talent supported by leading venture capital firms including Greylock Partners, Infinity Ventures, and Indicator Ventures.
We're seeking a Business Operations Lead to join our team to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operations across our marketplace platform. This role is fully on-site in our Manhattan HQ.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Education: Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in management consulting required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis and financial modeling abilities, with proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software industry or CPG verticals is highly desirable; startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, and expertise in creating KPIs and leveraging growth drivers.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration with CEO: Partner closely with the CEO to identify and address strategic business challenges, driving the company's direction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to interpret large datasets and guide strategic decisions.
- Operational Efficiency & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and leverage growth levers within our marketplace platform.
- KPI Development & Monitoring: Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure success and inform business initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams, synthesizing complex information and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
