We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment and is eager to combine data, creativity, and automation to unlock growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to identify opportunities, test and refine strategies, and ultimately own the performance of our outbound marketing efforts. As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll play a foundational role in scaling our platform by building the engine that drives store acquisition, reorders, and upsells across the marketplace.
This role is fully on-site in our Manhattan HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage outbound marketing channels, campaigns, and automations to existing stores to drive faster reorder rates and increase upsells
- Generate outbound marketing channels, campaigns, and automations to new stores to drive market penetration for our existing reps
- Utilize SQL and Python to query customer segments, build dashboards, and drive A/B testing and campaigns for new store acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Own the strategy and execution for email, SMS, and other outbound campaigns with a strong focus on personalization and lifecycle marketing
- Design and implement scalable systems for campaign tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
- Partner closely with Product and Sales to align messaging and channel strategy with product roadmap and rep activity
- Constantly test new tools, channels, and tactics to uncover growth levers across the marketplace ecosystem
- Develop playbooks and processes that can be scaled as the team grows
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related performance marketing role, ideally in a marketplace or B2B2C startup
- Strong technical skills: experience with SQL, Python, and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of building and scaling outbound marketing programs that drive measurable results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to run A/B tests and interpret data to inform decisions
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail—you're as comfortable writing copy as you are building automations
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a startup environment

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
