- Recruit and manage sales representatives to amplify sales efforts and establish local credibility.
- Deliver on aggressive sales targets while continuously improving pipeline management and conversion strategies.
- Implement referral programs and loyalty incentives to encourage word-of-mouth growth and repeat business.
- Work closely with New York Headquarters to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new accounts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks or gaps in market readiness and propose scalable solutions.
- Serve as the "boots on the ground" expert, providing feedback to HQ on product, marketing, and operational needs unique to each market.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce locally relevant content, events, and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
- Partner with the product team to share market-specific insights and advocate for features that improve the user experience.
- Develop and implement KPIs for market success, tracking performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze market data to refine strategies and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and present regular progress reports, outlining successes, challenges, and actionable next steps.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead in rapidly evolving markets.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in GTM launches, outside sales, partnerships, or account executive roles at growth-stage startups or consumer marketplaces.
- Thrives on autonomy, ownership, and the challenge of building something new.
- Demonstrates an ability to quickly adapt to new environments and understand local market dynamics.
- Skilled in establishing trust and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to interpret data and use it to inform decisions and strategies.
- Excels in ambiguous situations, finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Willing and excited to relocate temporarily to new markets and immerse yourself fully in the community.
