ABOUT US: RepRally is a fast growing Series-A technology startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially and we’re hiring interns or co-ops to support our product management team. While we intentionally keep a low-profile, our nimble team consists of elite talent supported by leading vertical investors including Greylock Partners and Indicator Ventures.
DURATION OPTIONS:
- Option 1: Summer & Fall 2025 (June - December 2025)

ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales expansion efforts. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in helping onboard and train new field sales reps, assist in launching sales initiatives in key markets, and provide insights to optimize sales performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in business development, sales operations, and market strategy at a high-growth startup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with onboarding and training new field sales representatives
- Support market expansion efforts by helping coordinate sales strategies and outreach initiatives
- Work closely with sales leadership to track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and training materials
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with sales reps and assist with lead generation strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business development
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous internship or sales experience is a plus, but not required
THIS ROLE IS:
- Ideally, full-time (40 hours)
- Fully in-person in our office in Flatiron, Manhattan
