Role Overview : We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Territory Manager to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in fueling market growth and developing our Field Sales Representatives as they familiarize themselves with our products and sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include launching and scaling sales initiatives for targeted markets while actively engaging in outbound calls, onboarding processes, and training our salesforce.

  • This position is based at our headquarters in Miami.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and assess market performance, delivering constructive feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with overall business strategies and sales objectives.
  • Act as Market Manager for key partnerships, spearheading recruitment efforts and new product launches.
  • Qualifications :

  • 4 years of sales experience (exceptional junior candidates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong background in training and developing sales teams, with the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire a team while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Proven record of managing and growing relationships with small-format, independent businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
