Your Role:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our retail network and enhancing relationships with existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Expanding Product Distribution: Identify and secure new on-premise and off-premise retail accounts to increase the presence of our partner products.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners to drive sales volume, monitor pricing strategies, and ensure optimal product merchandising in collaboration with our merchant partners.
- Field Sales Activities: Conduct regular visits to retail locations for prospecting, sales presentations, and management of field sales marketing materials.
- Sales Optimization: Enhance account performance by building eye-catching displays, conducting product sampling, and educating retail staff about product features and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Stay attuned to market and competitor trends, providing strategic feedback to refine our sales approaches and better meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years in field sales, particularly within the convenience/grocery, beverage, food, or nicotine industries.
- Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages such as Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Arabic, or Spanish is highly advantageous.
- Established Retail Network: A strong network of relationships with independent retail stores will set you apart.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter mentality with a drive to take initiative and achieve results.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively.
