About the role
The Part-Time Command Center Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center's dialer system. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound call traffic, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with dialer systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
This part-time role is specific for Monday and Tuesday evening shifts with Saturday morning shifts required.
Key Responsibilities
Dialer Management : Configure, monitor, and maintain the dialer system to ensure efficient call flow and maximize agent productivity.
Call Traffic Analysis : Analyze call traffic patterns and adjust dialer settings to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the dialer system, working closely with IT support as needed.
Compliance : Ensure all dialer operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaboration : Work closely with call center management and other departments to align dialer strategies with overall business goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Strong technical aptitude.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $18 to $20 per hour, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
