About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager & HR Coordinator. In this dual role, you will be the glue that holds our office together, fostering a welcoming and efficient environment while providing essential support to our HR team. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management :

Oversee all aspects of office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Manage vendor relationships for office services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, IT support).

Coordinate office events, meetings, and visits to create a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment that reflects our company culture.

Ensure compliance with office safety regulations and promote a healthy workplace.

Undertake other office-related tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

HR Coordination :

Assist with managing employer registrations and compliance.

Maintain employee training records to ensure completion and accuracy.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, helping with various tasks as needed.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.

Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Listen to employee grievances related to the physical office environment and take appropriate action.

Assist with additional administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on people-oriented interactions.

A consistent and equitable approach to advocating for the needs and concerns of others in a professional manner, ensuring voices are heard and addressed.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.

Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Strong tech acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

A positive attitude, enthusiasm for workplace culture, and a desire to foster a supportive office environment.

Location

All Reprise Financial team members in this role must be based at our office. We value in-person collaboration and believe that working together in our dynamic environment fosters strong connections and drives innovation. Our office is located in Irving, TX. Compensation

For this role our salary range is $27 to $29 per hour, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
