Job Title : Senior Embryologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embryologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years in all aspects of embryology and IVF, including gamete handling, insemination, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and biopsy. This role is critical to our success and will involve working closely with our laboratory team, medical and nursing staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Perform all aspects of embryology procedures, including oocyte retrieval, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and embryo culture, embryo transfer, vitrification, and biopsy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance tasks to maintain the highest standards in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all procedures and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in embryology and reproductive medicine through continuous education and professional development.
• Train and mentor junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
