Responsibilities:
· Assist patients regarding benefits and treatment costs and quotes
· Maintain accurate patient accounts
· Verify insurance eligibility, copays, and deductibles
· Collect IVF procedure payments and explain cost packages
· Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to ensure accurate information and smooth patient experiences
Requirements:
· 2-4 years of medical business office experience
· 2-4 years of customer service experience
· Knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance benefits, and patient accounts
· Experience understanding payer remittance advice
· Strong communication skills and customer service focus
· Experience in OB/GYN, plastic surgery, or similar fields is a plus
