Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan is seeking a lab experienced technician for its rapidly growing IVF Program in Troy MI.

The successful candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, clearly, have the ability to multi-task and have sound organizational skills.
The job requires working in a clean aseptic laboratory environment. The experienced and trained candidate would be performing semen analysis using WHO guidelines, extensive microscopic assessment for sperm motility, concentration, viability, morphology using Krueger’s strict morphology criteria, sperm cryopreservation, sperm preparation for IUI and media/reagent preparation and maintaining inventory and supplies. Computer knowledge is required.
We seek laboratory personnel who has the drive and enthusiasm for patient contact, QA/QC, regulatory compliance and who functions well independently as well as team-player.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday shift starting as early as 6:00 am. Requires participation in weekend, on-call, and holiday work rotation.
The ideal candidate is required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Technology or MLS degree with relevant experience and eligibility to work in the US required. Medical background preferred. The candidate must be able to communicate accurately and concisely; both verbally and written.
