About Us:

We are looking for a dynamic Physician Liaison to expand our outreach, build strong community connections, and enhance our presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute patient-focused marketing strategies to attract and engage potential patients.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with OB/Gyn and Family Care physicians through office visits, networking events, and educational luncheons.

Plan and manage events such as community outreach programs, patient support groups, and informational marketing booths.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling materials for both physicians and patients.

Represent RMA of Michigan at patient events, including reunions and support programs.

Assist in social media engagement by suggesting content ideas and interacting with patient communities.

Analyze marketing initiatives, measure success, and propose improvements for increased effectiveness.

Oversee budgets, track expenses, and ensure productivity goals set by leadership are met.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a client-facing marketing or outreach role.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Background in healthcare marketing, public relations, or community outreach is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
