Hyper growth heathcare (medical sales) related SaaS company seeks CFO / Director of Anayltics.
Comapny was founded in 2013, profitable in 2020, and now growing at 46% per year. Technology is the #1 market leader, patented, proprietary, and disruptive. This comapny has forever changed how hospitals veiw compliance and infection control at the C-level which is key in all acute care settings. Opening is with the goal of taking exsisting technology into additional verticals and to prepare for a very possible IPO.
This is a CFO / Data Analytics role. You be charged with leading finacial planning, budgeting, procurement stategies, and analytic functions. You will work closely with the Founder (ex-Stryker), CEO, President (ex-Philips), COO, CIO, Sales (ex-Stericycle), and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finacial planning, budgeting, procurement strategies, and data analytics functions. You will be tasked with providing insight to leadership (including the BOD), manage finacial performance, and drive intiatives to improve cost effciences and business outcomes. You will work closely with all things finance, operations, sales, marketing, and IT. You will be responsible for data analytics, finacial planning and forcasting, budgeting, finacial analysis, reporting, strategic support, risk management, cost management, and efficiency.
Salary : $200-225K and negoctiable (based on industry standard).
1st year : $225-250K
Bonus : Yes (TBD)
Pre-IPO Stock Equity : Can be easily eraned.
Travel : Yes (20% and / or TBD)

Seeking CFO and / or CFO type with strategic finacial leadership and data anayltics experience. Seeking finacial / data analytics experience supporting operations, finance, procurement, sales, and marketing. Seeking strong knowledge of finacial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Seeking experience with procurement and supplier managemnet, including contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives. Those that have had experience with start-ups and / or taking an exsisting product / technology and finding a different vertical please do apply.
