POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) and the responsibilities in which the CLO oversees and directs. This position must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. The role requires the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and executive leadership, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and a strong sense of urgency. In addition, this position provides clerical and administrative support for all functional areas rolling up under the Chief Lending Officer. Finally, and critical, this position will serve as the secretary to the Senior Loan Committee, Executive Loan Committee and Board Loan Committee for the Bank.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 10 years administrative experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) products required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Secretary for Senior Loan Committee (SLC), Executive Loan Committee (ELC) and Board Loan Committee (BLC).
• Liaison between the credit department and SLC/ELC for scheduling all credits, and communication for all markets and divisions.
• Maintain tracking reports for SLC/ELC.
• Maintain tracking reports for all commercial incentive programs and report to Human Resources monthly.
• Manage CLO calendar, specifically availability for meetings, travel, conferences, and other activities needed.
• Responsible for providing support for CLO through typing, filing, copying, pulling reports, and organizing.
• Support CLO Board(s) involvement on behalf of the Bank.
• Back up administrative support for Vice Chair for the Bank.
• Handle inquiries; help with problem solving, research and customer service.
• Ensure all weekly and monthly reports are distributed on a timely basis, reviewed, and reconciled if needed.
• Provide necessary updates to the Lending Net and Deposit Net as directed.
• Look for innovative ways to streamline the flow of work and better assist manager.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

• Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

• Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
