As an Assembler, you are a crucial part of the Allegion team, responsible for assembling parts to produce our products that help create peace of mind by pioneering safety and security. **We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT.
**Starting Pay $16.94
What You Will Do:
- Gather and prepare parts and tools.
- Assemble components following instructions.
- Resolve assembly problems and notifies frontline leader/supervisor for additional resources.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
- Team player attitude.
- Manual dexterity.
